  • Whipping cream

  • White wine dry
    30 ml
  • Butter

  • Lime juice

Method

Step by step

    Slice veal into fine strips.

    Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.

    Sear meat in batches sharply and remove.

    Deglaze with white wine, add cream and broth.

    Reduce sauce, season with salt, pepper and lemon.

    Return meat to the sauce, briefly warm.

    Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rösti.
