Step by step

Cut chicken breast into strips and toss with cornstarch and soy sauce.

Chop bell pepper, carrots and onions.

Stir together sauce from rice vinegar, sugar, ketchup and soy sauce.

Sear meat sharply in the wok, remove.

Sauté vegetables, add pineapple.

Stir in sauce and bring to a brief boil, return meat.

Serve with rice.
