Step by step

Cook noodles per package instructions, drain and drizzle with a little sesame oil.

Cut chicken into strips, prep vegetables and cut into bite-size pieces.

Heat oil in a wok, sear chicken and remove.

Finely chop garlic and ginger and briefly sauté in the wok.

Add carrots and broccoli and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add bell pepper and sprouts, stir-fry another 2 minutes.

Return chicken and noodles to the wok.

Deglaze with soy sauce and toss to combine.

Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame, season with chili flakes.
