  • MilkOr: Whole milk
    30 ml
  • Sunflower oilOr: Lard
    ¾ tbsp
  • Iodized salt

  • Mustard

Method

Step by step

    Whisk eggs, flour, milk and salt into a smooth batter, let rest.

    Grease a muffin tin with some drippings or vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    Preheat tin in the oven at 220°C.

    Take hot fat from the oven, pour batter into the tin.

  5. 5

    Return to the oven immediately.

    Bake at 220°C for about 25 min until crispy, do not open in the meantime.

  7. 7

    Serve immediately with roast beef.
