  • Garlic cloves

  • Paprika powder

Method

Step by step

    Cut cauliflower into florets, wash and drain.

    Chop garlic, mix with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.

    Toss cauliflower with marinade.

    Distribute on a baking tray.

    Roast at 220°C for about 25 min until golden.
