Method

Step by step

    Mix filling of mince, shrimp, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Place filling in the center of the wonton wrappers.

    Brush edges with water, seal into pouches.

    Bring clear chicken broth to a boil, season with soy sauce and ginger.

    Cook wontons in the broth until they float.
