    200 g
  • CheddarOr: Emmentaler

  • Mayonnaise
    3 tbsp
  • MustardOr: Dijon mustard

Method

Step by step

    Butter the toast slices.

    Mix tuna with mayonnaise, spring onion, salt and pepper.

    Spread tuna mixture on a slice of bread.

    Top with cheddar and cover with the second slice.

    Fry in a pan on each side until golden and cheese has melted.
