  • Plain yogurt
    125 g
  • Cucumber
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Dill
    1 bunch
  • Mint
    1 bunch
Method

Step by step

    Place yogurt in a sieve with cloth and drain 30 min.

    Coarsely grate cucumber, mix with a little salt.

    Let stand 10 min, then squeeze out liquid well.

    Very finely chop or press garlic.

  5. 5

    Mix yogurt with cucumber, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice.

    Adjust with salt and pepper.

    Finely chop dill and mint and stir in.

    Let steep in the fridge for at least 30 min.
