- Cauliflower1 Stk
- Potatoes50 g
- Onion1 Stk
- Vegetable broth200 ml
- Cream40 ml
- Butter10 g
- Nutmeg1 pinch
- Salt¼ tsp
- Pepper1 pinch
- Peanuts10 g
Method
Step by step

Chop onion and sauté in butter.

Cut cauliflower into florets, dice potatoes.

Add both and briefly sauté.

Pour in broth, cook soft for 20 min.

Finely puree the soup, stir in cream.

Adjust with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.
