  • Cauliflower

  • Potatoes
    50 g
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Vegetable broth
    200 ml
  • Cream
    40 ml
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Peanuts
    10 g
Method

Step by step

    Chop onion and sauté in butter.

    Cut cauliflower into florets, dice potatoes.

  3. 3

    Add both and briefly sauté.

  4. 4

    Pour in broth, cook soft for 20 min.

  5. 5

    Finely puree the soup, stir in cream.

  6. 6

    Adjust with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

  7. 7

    Serve sprinkled with parsley.
