  • Sugar

Method

Step by step

    Make shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk and salt.

    Chill dough 30 min, then roll out, line tart pan.

    Cook vanilla cream from milk, egg yolk, sugar, starch and vanilla.

    Let cream cool, fill into the tart shell.

    Cover with a second pastry layer, seal edges, prick a few holes.

  6. 6

    Bake at 180°C for about 35 min, sprinkle with pine nuts.

    Serve lukewarm or cold.
