Method

Step by step

    Make yeast dough for the base and let it rise.

    Peel apples, quarter and slice thinly.

    Cook custard from milk, sugar, starch and vanilla.

    Press dough into a pan, top with apples.

    Spread custard on top.

    Crumble streusel from flour, butter and sugar over.

    Bake at 180°C for about 50 min.
