Method

Step by step

    Mix ground almonds with sugar and eggs.

    Add lemon zest and cinnamon.

    Pour into a greased and floured springform pan.

    Bake at 175°C for about 35–40 min.

    Let cool and place a stencil of the cross of Saint James on top.

    Dust with powdered sugar, remove stencil.
