Method

Step by step

    Pound pork chops, salt and pepper.

    Bread in flour, beaten egg and panko crumbs.

    Heat vegetable oil to 170°C.

    Deep-fry chops until golden, about 6 min.

    Drain on a rack, slice into strips.

    Serve with rice, cabbage slaw and tonkatsu sauce.
