  • Tomatoes pureed
    200 g
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Broth
    130 ml
  • Cream
    30 ml
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Tomato paste
    ½ tbsp
  • Sugar
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Basil
    1 bunch
  • Oregano
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a pot, sweat onion until translucent.

    Briefly fry garlic and tomato paste.

    Add pureed tomatoes and broth.

    Season with sugar, salt, pepper and oregano.

    Simmer for about 15 min.

    Puree soup, stir in cream.

    Serve with chopped basil.
