  • Spinach
    25 g
  • Feta
    15 g
  • Garlic cloves

  • Eggs

  • Sesame
    ¼ tbsp
  • Pepper

  • Nutmeg

Method

Step by step

    Blanch spinach, squeeze out and chop.

    Finely chop garlic, mix with spinach and feta.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Roll out puff pastry, distribute filling on top.

    Roll up dough tightly, cut into 1.5 cm slices.

    Place rolls on a tray, brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame.

    Bake at 200°C for about 20 min until golden.
