  • BaconOr: Pancetta

  • Onions

  • White wine dry

Method

Step by step

    Boil potatoes in salted water until just tender, cool, slice.

    Dice bacon and render crispy in a pan.

    Add onions and sauté until translucent.

    Layer potato slices with bacon and onion in a baking dish.

    Pour over with crème fraîche, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Halve reblochon and place cut-side down on top.

    Bake at 200°C for about 25 min until golden.
