Step by step

Cook rice per package instructions.

Mix mince with pressed garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar, brown in pan.

Cut carrots and zucchini into fine strips, briefly stir-fry each separately in oil with salt.

Blanch spinach, squeeze out and season with sesame oil and soy sauce.

Blanch sprouts and season with sesame oil.

Slice mushrooms and fry in oil.

Fry eggs sunny-side up.

Place rice in bowls, arrange vegetables and meat in star pattern on top.

Place fried egg in the center and add 1 tbsp gochujang.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, mix everything before eating.
