Method

Step by step

    Cube lamb, marinate with ras el hanout, cinnamon and cumin.

    Sauté onions and garlic in oil, add meat and brown.

    Pour in broth, simmer 60 min.

    Add carrots, apricots and chickpeas, braise another 30 min.

    Adjust with salt, pepper and lemon.
