Step by step

    Pour boiling water over bulgur, let swell.

    Chop parsley, mint and spring onion very finely.

    Finely dice tomatoes and cucumber.

    Combine bulgur, herbs and vegetables.

    Marinate with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
