- PineappleOr: Canned pineapple50 g
- Bell pepper1 Stk
- Onions1 Stk
- Sweet and sour sauce50 ml
- CornstarchOr: Starch¾ tbsp
- Soy sauce½ tbsp
- Rice vinegar½ tbsp
- Ginger½ cm
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
Method
Step by step

Cube pork, dredge in cornstarch.

Deep-fry in hot oil in batches until golden.

Briefly sauté bell pepper, onion and pineapple in the pan.

Cook sauce of rice vinegar, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce and water.

Bind with a little starch, add meat and vegetables, briefly toss.

Serve hot with rice.
