Method

Step by step

    Mix dashi, soy sauce, mirin and sugar into warishita sauce.

    Slice beef thinly.

    Prepare leek, mushrooms, tofu and glass noodles.

    In a hot pan briefly sear the beef.

    Pour in sauce, add vegetables and tofu and cook step by step.
