Method

Step by step

    Take steak out of fridge in time, salt.

    Cut potatoes into thick sticks, soak in cold water.

  3. 3

    Pre-fry fries at 130°C, let rest.

  4. 4

    Fry steak in hot pan 2–3 min per side, baste with butter and thyme.

  5. 5

    Finish frying fries at 180°C until golden, salt.

  6. 6

    Rest steak, serve with fries and sauce.
