Method

Step by step

    Peel potatoes and root vegetables and cut into pieces.

    Boil in salted water for about 25 min until tender.

    Drain water, mash with milk and butter into stamp.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Heat rookworst separately.
