Method

Step by step

    Wash sushi rice, cook and combine with rice vinegar, sugar and salt.

    Cube tuna and mix with sriracha, soy sauce and sesame oil.

    Place nori on bamboo mat, spread rice thinly.

    Distribute filling in a strip along the bottom edge.

    Roll up tightly with the help of the mat.

    Cut roll into 8 pieces.
