Method

Step by step

    Blanch spinach, squeeze out and chop finely.

    Mix with feta, cream cheese, eggs, spring onions and dill, season with nutmeg.

    Brush phyllo dough in layers with melted butter.

    Spread filling in the dish, cover with more phyllo layers.

    Brush top with butter and score.

    Bake at 180°C for about 45 min until golden.

    Let cool slightly and cut into pieces.
