Method

Step by step

    Sauté garlic in olive oil, mash anchovies in it.

    Add capers, pitted olives and tomatoes, simmer 15 min.

    Adjust with chili and pepper.

    Cook spaghetti al dente.

    Add pasta to sauce and toss through.

    Serve with chopped parsley.
