  • ClamsOr: Mussels fresh, Mussels frozen
    200 g
  • Garlic cloves

  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • White wine dry
    30 ml
  • Olive oil

  • Chili flakes

Method

Step by step

    Soak clams in salted water so they release sand.

    Cook spaghetti in salted water al dente.

    Sauté garlic in olive oil with chili.

    Add clams and white wine, cover and let open for 5 min.

    Toss pasta into the pan with parsley and a bit of pasta water.

    Season with pepper and serve immediately.
