- Lamb minceOr: Beef mince, Pork mince125 g
- Potatoes floury200 g
- Carrots1 Stk
- PeasOr: Peas frozen40 g
- Onions1 Stk
- Tomato paste½ tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce¼ tbsp
- Beef broth50 ml
- Butter15 g
- MilkOr: Whole milk30 ml
Method
Step by step

Sauté lamb mince with onions and garlic in oil.

Add carrots and peas, deglaze with broth and tomato paste.

Season with Worcestershire, rosemary, salt and pepper, simmer 20 min.

Boil potatoes and mash with butter and milk into puree.

Place mince mixture in a baking dish, spread puree on top.

Bake at 200°C for about 25 min until golden.

Briefly rest before serving.
