  • Lamb minceOr: Beef mince, Pork mince
    125 g
  • Potatoes floury
    200 g
  • Carrots
    1 Stk
  • PeasOr: Peas frozen
    40 g
  • Onions
    1 Stk
  • Tomato paste
    ½ tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce
    ¼ tbsp
  • Beef broth
    50 ml
  • Butter
    15 g
  • MilkOr: Whole milk
    30 ml
Method

Step by step

    Sauté lamb mince with onions and garlic in oil.

    Add carrots and peas, deglaze with broth and tomato paste.

  3. 3

    Season with Worcestershire, rosemary, salt and pepper, simmer 20 min.

    Boil potatoes and mash with butter and milk into puree.

  5. 5

    Place mince mixture in a baking dish, spread puree on top.

  6. 6

    Bake at 200°C for about 25 min until golden.

    Briefly rest before serving.
