Step by step

    Heat dashi broth in a pot, add soy sauce and mirin.

    Slice beef into paper-thin slices, wash vegetables and cut into bite-size pieces.

    Cube tofu, clean mushrooms, cut leek into rings.

    Place broth in a hot pot or deep pot at the table.

    Briefly cook meat and vegetables in the hot broth.

    Serve with ponzu and sesame sauce for dipping.
