- Curry powder½ tsp
- Grated cheese40 g
- Vegetable oil¾ tbsp

Slice pork tenderloin into 2 cm thick medallions, season with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, sear medallions sharply all over.

Peel, core and slice apples into wedges, drizzle with lemon juice.

Slice onion into rings.

Melt butter in the pan, briefly sauté onion and apples.
