  • Smoked salmon
    50 g
  • Crème fraîche

  • Red onion

  • Dill
    1 bunch
  • Lemon juice

Method

Step by step

    Place puff pastry on a baking tray.

    Mix crème fraîche with salt, pepper and a little dill.

    Spread thinly on the dough, leaving a border.

    Bake at 220°C for about 15 min until crispy.
