  • Breadcrumbs

  • Butter

  • Sunflower oil

Method

Step by step

    Pound schnitzel between film to 0.5 cm.

    Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Set up 3 flat plates: flour, beaten egg, breadcrumbs.

    Dredge schnitzel first in flour, then through egg, then press into breadcrumbs (not too firmly).

    Heat butter and oil in a large pan, should be generous.

  6. 6

    Fry schnitzel 2–3 min per side until golden.

  7. 7

    Constantly move the pan so the breading puffs up (waves).

  8. 8

    Briefly drain on paper towel.

    Garnish with lemon slice and parsley.
