  • Cooked ham
    65 g
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Whipping cream
    50 ml
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Onions
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves

  • Emmentaler 25 g gratedOr: Gouda
    as needed
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Nutmeg

  • Pepper

Method

Step by step

    Cook pasta in plenty of salted water al dente, drain, reserving some cooking water.

    Finely chop onion and garlic.

    Dice ham.

    Melt butter in a pan.

    Sweat onion and garlic until translucent.

  6. 6

    Add ham and briefly fry along.

    Whisk eggs with cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Add pasta to the pan.

    Pour egg cream over, remove from heat.

  10. 10

    Stir in cheese and toss pasta until sauce is creamy, serve with parsley.
