Method

Step by step

    Cut pork neck into 3 cm cubes.

    Cut bell pepper into pieces, onions into eighths.

  3. 3

    Cut bacon into thick strips.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Soak wooden skewers.

    Skewer meat, bell pepper, onion and bacon alternately.

    Schaschlik sauce: stir ketchup with curry, paprika, pressed garlic, vinegar, sugar and Worcestershire sauce, briefly bring to a boil.

    Brush skewers with oil.

    Heat pan or grill very hot, fry skewers all over for 12–15 min.

    Serve with schaschlik sauce.
