  • Flour
    100 g
  • Water 60 ml hot
    as needed
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil 1 tbsp for frying
    as needed
  • Spring onions
    2 Stk
  • Iodized salt
    ½ tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp for dip
    as needed
  • Rice vinegar
    ½ tbsp
  • Ginger 0.25 tbsp finely chopped
    as needed
  • Sesame seedsOr: Sesame
    ¼ tbsp
  • Chili oil
    ¼ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Knead flour with hot water into a dough, rest 30 min.

    Slice spring onions into fine rings.

    Divide dough into 4 portions.

    Roll each portion very thin.

    Brush with sesame oil, sprinkle with salt and spring onions.

    Roll up like a croissant, then coil into a snail.

    Press snail flat and roll out again.

    Heat a pan with oil.

    Fry pancake 3 min per side until golden.

    Cut into pieces, serve with soy-ginger dip.
