- Water 60 ml hotas needed
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Sunflower oil 1 tbsp for fryingas needed
- Spring onions2 Stk
- Iodized salt½ tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp for dipas needed
- Rice vinegar½ tbsp
- Ginger 0.25 tbsp finely choppedas needed

Step by step

Knead flour with hot water into a dough, rest 30 min.

Slice spring onions into fine rings.

Divide dough into 4 portions.

Roll each portion very thin.

Brush with sesame oil, sprinkle with salt and spring onions.

Roll up like a croissant, then coil into a snail.

Press snail flat and roll out again.

Heat a pan with oil.
