Method

Step by step

    Salt and pepper chicken breast, fry in a pan with a little oil 6–8 minutes until golden, slice.

    Fry bacon crispy and drain on paper towels.

    Hard-boil eggs (8 minutes), shock, peel and slice.

    Toast bread golden in a toaster.

    Spread toast with butter.

    Mix mayonnaise with mustard.

    First layer: toast, mayo, lettuce, chicken, cheese, tomatoes.

    Place second toast slice on top, then mayo, bacon, eggs.
