  • Canned chickpeas
    200 g
  • Olive oil
    ¾ tbsp
  • Paprika powder
    ½ tsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Garlic powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Cumin
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Chili flakes
    1 pinch
Method

Step by step

    Drain chickpeas, rinse and dry very well.

    Mix with olive oil, paprika, salt, garlic powder, cumin, pepper and chili.

    Spread on a baking tray.

    Roast at 200°C for about 30 min, toss occasionally.

    Should be crispy outside, slightly soft inside.

    Let cool — they get crispier as they cool.
