  • Parma ham
    2 slices
  • Sage fresh
    2 leaves
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Olive oil
    ½ tbsp
  • White wine dry
    40 ml
  • Chicken broth
    30 ml
  • Flour

  • Pepper
    ¼ tsp
  • Lime juice

    Halve chicken breast horizontally and pound.

    Season with pepper.

    Place 1 slice of ham on each fillet.

    Secure 2 sage leaves with a toothpick.

    Lightly dredge ham side in flour.

    Heat butter and oil.

    Fry chicken ham side down for 3 min.

    Flip, fry another 2 min.

    Deglaze with wine and broth, reduce.
