Method

Step by step

    Caramel: melt brown sugar over medium heat, carefully stir in cream, cool.

    Preheat oven to 175°C, line a pan with parchment.

    Melt chocolate with butter over a water bath.

    Cool slightly.

    Whisk sugar and eggs until foamy.

    Stir in chocolate and vanilla.

    Fold in flour and cocoa.

    Pour half the batter into the pan.

    Drizzle caramel over, top with remaining batter, marble with caramel.

    Sprinkle with sea salt flakes, bake 25–30 min, cool, cut into pieces.
