    100 g
  • Onions

  • Garlic cloves

  • Ginger
    1 cm
  • TomatoesOr: Vine tomatoes

  • ButterOr: Ghee

  • Whipping cream
    30 ml
  • Curry powder
    ½ tsp
  • Garam masala
    ¼ tsp
  • Cumin
    ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric

  • Iodized salt

Method

Step by step

    Blanch spinach in boiling water for 1 min, shock, squeeze well.

    Finely puree spinach.

  3. 3

    Cut paneer into cubes.

    Heat oil in a pan, fry paneer until golden, remove.

  5. 5

    Melt butter in the pot, briefly toast cumin.

  6. 6

    Sear finely chopped onion until golden.

  7. 7

    Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and chili.

    Dice tomatoes and simmer with curry powder, turmeric and salt for 5 min.

    Stir in spinach puree and cream, simmer 5 min.

    Stir in paneer, season with garam masala, serve with naan.
