- Butter15 g
- Sunflower oil¾ tbsp
- Iodized salt¼ tsp
- Pepper¼ tsp
- Bacon cubes25 g

Step by step

Boil potatoes in their skins the day before, cool, peel.

Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.

Season with salt and pepper.

Optionally briefly fry bacon cubes and diced onion and mix in.

Heat butter and oil in a pan.

Add potato mass and press flat into a round with a spatula.

Fry over medium heat for 10 min until bottom is golden.

Flip with a plate.

Add remaining butter and fry another 10 min.

Invert onto a plate, cut into wedges and serve.
