  • Chicken breast

  • Eggs

  • Soy sauce

Method

Step by step

    Bring broth with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and mirin to a boil.

    Cook chicken breast in it, remove and slice.

    Boil eggs for 6-7 min, marinate in soy sauce.

    Cook noodles in broth, arrange in bowls with chicken, egg, spring onions and sesame.
