Step by step

Finely puree beef mince with pressed garlic, salt, pepper and egg in a food processor.

Add tapioca flour and ice water, continue pureeing until a sticky mass forms.

Form small balls with wet hands.

Bring water to a boil in a pot.

Add bakso balls and cook until they float to the top (5–7 minutes).

Soak glass noodles in hot water.

Distribute broth into bowls, add bakso balls, glass noodles and pak choi.

Serve with spring onions, soy sauce and sambal.
