Step by step

    Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water for 25 min until tender.

    Slice raclette cheese thinly, ideally to pan size.

    Slice mushrooms, cut bell pepper into strips.

    Place cornichons, pearl onions and corn into small bowls.

    Arrange ham and salami on plates.

    Preheat raclette grill.

    Keep potatoes warm or place peeled in the small pans.

    Lay cheese slice on top.

    Slide pan into the raclette, melt until golden.

    Dust with pepper and paprika, enjoy with sides.
