Method

Step by step

    Press shortcrust into quiche pan and blind bake.

    Fry bacon cubes and spread on pastry base.

    Pour egg mixture of eggs, cream, Gruyère and nutmeg over.

    Bake at 180°C for about 35-40 min until golden.
