  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Breadcrumbs
    40 g
  • Wheat flour
    20 g
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Sunflower oil
    1 tbsp
  • Lime juiceOr: Lemon

  • Parsley

Method

Step by step

    Pound the schnitzel, season with salt and pepper.

    Set up flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs in 3 plates.

    Dredge schnitzel in flour, dip in egg, press into breadcrumbs.

    Heat oil and butter in a large pan.

    Fry schnitzel 3–4 min per side until golden brown.

    Swirl the pan continuously so the breading puffs up (waves).

    Briefly drain on paper towel.

  8. 8

    Serve with lemon slices and parsley.
