Step by step

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Bring water, butter, sugar and salt to a boil.

Add flour all at once, stir with a wooden spoon until dough comes off the pot.

Cook off another 2 min.

Cool slightly, then incorporate eggs one by one thoroughly.

Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet.

Bake 20 min without opening the door, then briefly open and dry another 5 min.

Whip cream with vanilla and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.

Cut profiteroles open, fill with cream.

Melt chocolate, drizzle over the profiteroles.
