- Chicken breast1 Stk
- Lime juiceOr: Lemon juice20 ml
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Butter15 g
- Olive oil¾ tbsp
- White wine dry30 ml
- Chicken broth50 ml
- Wheat flour10 g
- Parsley1 bunch
- Capers½ tbsp
- Lime juice 1 pc zestOr: Lemon zestas needed
- Iodized salt¼ tsp
- Pepper¼ tsp
Method
Step by step

Halve chicken horizontally, pound, salt and pepper.

Dredge chicken in flour.

Heat olive oil and half the butter in a pan.

Fry chicken 3-4 min per side until golden, remove.

Finely chop garlic and briefly fry in pan.

Deglaze with wine, then add broth and lime juice.

Reduce sauce.

Stir in remaining butter and capers.

Return chicken to pan, briefly warm.

Serve sprinkled with parsley and lime zest.
