Method

Step by step

    Cook rice and season with rice vinegar, honey and some salt, let cool.

    Cube salmon into 1.5 cm pieces.

    Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice and sriracha into marinade.

    Marinate salmon 10 min.

    Cube avocado, cucumber and carrot.

    Slice red onion into fine rings.

    Cook edamame and shell.

    Arrange rice in bowls.

    Place salmon and vegetables on top.
