  • Buckwheat flour
    25 g
  • Wheat flour
    40 g
  • Yeast dry
    ½ Pck
  • Milk 90 ml lukewarm
    as needed
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Butter
    15 g
  • Sugar
    5 g
  • Iodized salt
    1 pinch
  • Powdered sugar
    15 g
  • Vanilla extract
    ¼ tsp
Method

Step by step

    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk with sugar.

    Mix flours, salt and vanilla.

    Add yeast milk and eggs, whisk into smooth batter.

    Let rise 45 min.

    Heat poffertjes pan, brush each well with butter.

    Fill wells up to 3/4 with batter.

    When bubbles form and bottom is golden, flip with skewer.

    Bake second side 1 min.

    Remove immediately, drizzle with butter.

    Serve sprinkled generously with powdered sugar.
